
Besides using the Innerpathic Process, body work, or therapy, one part of our wellness is our diet. Dr. Guldal can consult with you. She can guide you with your foods and supplement choices. Dr. Guldal can make suggestions towards better eating. Below are a few recipes to support your dietary needs.
Healthy Recipes
Sautéed Zucchini with Greek Yogurt
3-4 small to medium Zucchini, sliced ¼- ½ “
½ medium Onion, chopped
½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1-2 tblsp fresh Dill, or preferred herb
½ tsp red pepper flakes, or sprinkle in crushed red pepper to taste
1 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
Dollop of plain Greek yogurt.
On medium low-medium heat, add half Oil to pan. Add onion and pepper. Cook slowly until onion start to become translucent—about 6 minutes. Add zucchini, dill, flakes/pepper, other half of Oil, sea salt, and pepper to pan. Continue to cook slowly and turn veggies for another 7-9 minutes. Serve with a side of Greek yogurt.

Feta, Cucumber, Craisin Nut Salad
1 English Cucumber, quartered
¼ C Craisins or Dried Cherries
2-3 oz Feta, crumbled –or Goat Cheese
¼ C Almonds, slivered
2 Green Onion or Sweet Onion, chopped
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Lemons
Olive Oil (optional)
Add cucumber through sea salt together. Squeeze lemon on mixture and drizzle olive oil on top. Mix and Serve. Note: Make to taste. Add or subtract what sound good.

Guldal’s Chicken and Artichokes
4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Juice of 2 Lemons
Olive Oil
Celtic Sea Salt
Black Pepper
2 cans Artichoke Hearts, drained.
Asparagus, one bunch, cut into 1-2" pieces
6-8oz Goat Cheese
In a baking dish, coat chicken breasts with the lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper. Add artichoke hearts. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of breasts. Add asparagus and continue baking for 15--20 minutes. Crumble goat cheese over top and continue baking to melt cheese, about 10 minutes. Serve.

Mediterranean Fish
Fish of your choice, Grouper, Halibut
Red Onion slices
Olive Oil
Celtic Sea Salt
Black Pepper
1 can of Muir Glen diced Tomatoes
Calamata olives, chopped
On parchment paper, layer red onion rings, fish of your choice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Top fish with Muir Glen diced tomatoes and chopped calamata olives. Bake in parchment paper for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
